About Leslee Dixon
Leslee is deeply curious about the way nature informs and influences relationships in business functions and systems. Through decades of experience with natural grocery retail management, national distribution, natural food brokering, owning a collaborative kitchen and beloved farm to table cafe, her love and understanding of the interconnectedness of the West Coast food ecosystem was born. 2013 was the year consulting chose Leslee when a handful of companies incubated in her shared kitchen space, needed help with sales strategies. Leslee has worked for regenerative farmers, brewers, fermenters, bakers and many other craft makers, incubating and scaling their business of many shapes and sizes.
Leslee has knowledge, know-how and strategic perspectives specific to the West and Intermountain Sales regions and has worked on initiatives of food sovereignty and economic justice. Leslee's work is grounded in a post competitive, open source collaborative futures and enjoys solving to complexities.
